Welcome to my laboratory! I envisioned it as a space for real and imagined dialogues, and I'm delighted you're here. Feel free to make yourself at home, like a guest in a dear friend's studio, ready to explore. Please, return as often as curiosity calls.

My two big topics are arts and communities. I am fascinated to understand how they communicate and influence each other. The way they change and the way they change us. I am interested in the intersections of disciplines and worlds, where realities and truths differ from those that emerge when we view things from a single perspective.

I am an artist, an anthropologist, and a consultant. The three dimensions interact and feed each other.

My passion is rooted in how dialogue and creativity cultivate trust, transforming cities, neighbourhoods, and villages into true communities – into better homes for all. Through my writing and the projects I engage in, I strive to build bridges between individuals and organisations committed to the common good. I also hope to inspire women everywhere to (re)claim and manifest their voice and power, a journey I’ve been on myself for a long time.

I’m weaving colourful threads into the social fabric.

Vision

To foster strong and friendly communities, where people take the time to listen to each other and let their stories create bridges and bring healing.

Mission

Inspiring people to connect with themselves, with other people, and everything around them, in order to gain strength and confidence to change what they need to change in their own lives and in the lives of their communities.

Freedom: The courage to be authentically oneself, and to inspire the same boundless self-expression in others.

Understanding: A deep curiosity for the human experience and the intricate tapestry of our world, driven by a desire to bridge perspectives and foster empathy, through listening and dialogue.

Abundance: Embracing the rich mosaic of inner wisdom, diverse cultures, and multifaceted perspectives as an endless source of inspiration and growth.

Healing: Recognizing healing as a profound act of self-love and a vital gift to the community.

I see art as a place where you can rest your soul,

As a soft pillow where you can put your head down at night.

I see art as a forest where you may feel lost, but at least you are breathing fresh air.

I see art as the sewing kit you have from your mum or your father’s toolbox.

They might not put clothes on you or build you a house, but they are a constant reminder that you have what it takes.

I see art as a pair of boxing gloves that helps you release your anger, as a shoulder you can cry on.

I see art as the day you start cleaning your house, and you find the old letter box that reminds you of who you don’t want to be anymore.

I see art as the rose cheeks of a child or of the child you used to be.

I see art as the tears on the day you lost someone you love.

I see art as a flock of birds flying to warmer places, as a dog curling at your feet when you’re sick.

I see art as a space for forgiveness and a trampoline for a better future.

I see art as a big playground.

I see art as a fireplace that brings us all together, as the water we all drink today and tomorrow.

I see artists as story listeners and question askers,

as information gatherers and truth hunters,

attentively digging into the past and the present in search of the raw materials that would help us imagine better futures.

I see artists as artisans of peace,

As dialogue facilitators,

As dot-connectors and cross-pollinators,

As bridge builders,

Always in the service of a greater good,

Workers in the industry of hope,

Using visible and invisible tools

To shed light in the darkest of places,

To bring forgiveness,

To bandage and soothe wounds,

To turn anger into action.

I see artists as secret keepers,

As empathy generators

And power negotiators,

Unsilent witnesses of injustice and violence,

Alchemists of sadness and despair.

I see artists as the manufacturers of the social glue.
